·   Provided Construction Management for the Virginia and West Virginia markets related to the AT&T New Site Build and ETTCS projects including UMTS, GSM, LTE, and other duties as assigned to ensure schedule and financial requirements are achieved.

·   Serves as single-point of contact between project management and construction execution.

·   Determine feasibility of construction, identifying construction access/staging areas, determining best route for utilities introduction into site, and help determine the most viable constructible site.

·   Supervise construction design within drawings, and ensure the most economical and best construction practices are utilized. Review red-lined drawings and ensure that red-lines are correctly represented into the final construction drawings.

·   Attend site walks with utility companies to ensure power and telco requirements are met during construction.

·   Responsible for creating all bill of materials (BOM’s) and tracking material needs for assigned sites.

·   Managed the build out of the North Carolina & Virginia 4G network. Converted 110 cell sites two weeks ahead of schedule.

·   Managed team of 15 Field Technicians across two markets.

·   Responsible for setting up all tower crew vendor maintenance work within my markets. This included getting PO’s setup for payment, and the scheduling the crews to do network repairs.

·   Coordinated field resources for all new site builds, microwave upgrades, and RAN augments.

·   Worked with RF and Backhaul Engineers to identify and resolve network alarms and capacity issues.

·   Scheduled preventive maintenance to be completed on all cell sites each quarter. (including facilities)

·   Ensure all site updates and changes were properly documented according to Clearwire policy.

·   Troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets concerning technical problems with the network or supported products.

·   Worked with sales staff by providing technical answers and solutions for their day to day technical issues.

·   Responsible for writing all MOPS for non-outage related work and scheduling field personnel to complete the tasks.
